As well as being a Client Services Director for Knights (the top 40 legal business and parent company of Integrar), and qualified solicitor since 2006, Victoria is the Partner responsible for leading Integrar.
Victoria has over 20 years’ experience of the remortgage market having founded and developed the business that is Integrar today.
Victoria undertakes transactions on behalf of banks and building societies, regional institutional lenders and brokers.
Victoria’s focus is on efficient case management, using technology to speed up transaction times and create efficiencies in the remortgage process, improving ease of communication between lenders, clients, customers and their case handlers, on the progress of transactions.
Victoria plays an active role in developing the strategy, technical and compliance elements of legal processing software, for example working with lenders, the Land Registry and the UK Government to improve the transaction process through digital signing of mortgage deeds for remortgaging.
Jacqui is a Senior Associate in the Integrar team.
With over 20 years’ experience in the business, Jacqui coordinates and oversees the delivery of volume remortgage services for national lenders and other organisations involved in the secured lending sectors.
The volumes handled by Integrar and Knights has placed them in the top five volume remortgage providers in the UK. She is a highly experienced manager and is one of the main points of contact for clients.
Lindsey is a Senior Associate in the Integrar team and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer.
With over 11 years’ experience in the business, Lindsey is responsible for ensuring that clients and customers of our highly regarded fees assisted remortgage service have a positive experience, and for dealing with all quality and technical issues.
Lindsey also heads up the Customer Services team in Integrar. In this capacity her role is focused on:

Leading the Customer Services team and overseeing all aspects of the customer service experience and processes, making improvements in customer services quality to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.

Rebecca is the Remortgage Operations Manager at Integrar. A Senior Associate in the business, Rebecca has over six and a half years of experience and 25 years in the Remortgage market. Rebecca runs the day-to-day operations of the remortgage service. In this capacity her role is focused on:

Emma is the Technical Manager. An Associate in the business and having qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2011, Emma has over 20 years’ experience of the Remortgage market. She is responsible for the delivery of the additional legal services a customer will require to facilitate their remortgage or in addition to their transaction. In this capacity her role is focused on:
